I’m a Performance Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition, a background in Exercise Physiology, and over 15 years of experience helping women thrive. My passion lies in bridging hormone literacy, functional health, and performance science to help women feel strong, resilient, and energized at every stage of life.

Currently, I’m completing my PhD in Human Performance and preparing to become a Naturopathic Doctor. Through Fuel Forward Women’s Holistic Health & Performance, my mission is to equip women with the tools to optimize their health, unlock their potential, and perform at their best — in training, work, and life.
