Hi, I'm Genevieve! I'm a Performance Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and background in Exercise Physiology. I believe in fueling the body with whole foods and embracing health and wellness as a lifestyle! In my practice, I teach athletes how to balance nutrition, exercise, stress, and rest in order to optimize performance. Athletes will learn realistic strategies to achieve results, based on individualized goals and needs. I want athletes to enjoy favorites while still reaching goals and maintaining balance. With evidence-based nutrition education, I empower my athletes with the tools they need to succeed.

Outside of work, I'm active with CrossFit, running, and travel. This past summer, I took all four of my kids on a backpacking adventure through the mountains of China! Otherwise, I live off sunshine, nature, good company, and delicious FOOD!!

Initial Assessment
Follow-ups
Six total sessions to stay on track with lifestyle changes for weight loss, performance nutrition, medical nutrition therapy and more.
In the first appointment, we will develop a lifestyle plan together. In the following 5 sessions, we monitor your progress and make changes to stay on your health and fitness journey.
This is a great package for those clients who know they want accountability, support and education.
An initial assessment will be an hour long session where we get to know you, your health background and your needs. We will develop a fitness and nutrition plan in this session. We can make a follow up appointment later when you're ready.
Occasionally, clients have been on their health and fitness journey for awhile, and they just need some feedback on their current plan. An initial assessment will address those issues and put you back on track.
In our follow up appointments, we will monitor your progress. Here, we will make any necessary changes to your current plan, as well as add more healthy habits as you are ready for them.

Follow ups can be booked online anytime after an initial assessment is completed.
Nutrigenomix Genetic Testing Package
Both Health & Wellness and Sports Performance genetic testing offered. This 45-gene tests provide DNA-based dietary recommendations related to weight management and body composition, nutrient metabolism, food intolerances and cardiometabolic health. Information on genes that influence eating habits, injury risk and response to physical activity can also be determined. Package includes genetic test, results, and complete nutrition counseling session.
